I have been chosen as a sport student of the week.
I was happy, but I already know I will be that.
Because of the track and field provincial, also badminton tournament and softball tournament too.
I always be the best or key player because I'm training hard everyday, and focus in the practice.
Each practice makes me feel become strong and improve a lot.
That's why I can be that.
Congratulations, Yutaro! You are very talented and very committed. I would be interested to know a bit more about your training. How many hours each week? Do you mix strength with speed training? Do you do weights at a gym? Don't answer if you don't want to, but it is something I am curious about.

ReplyDeleteNormally one day 2hours, but if I want more, I do more than 2 hours.
I'm making muscle now.
Before, I was keep running around school.

I wonder if you are thinking of making sports your career, or if you prefer to keep that as a kind of life hobby.
